There will be no staff to accommodate you after these hours. 3.)If you are intending to bring pets. we only allow small sized pets with a maximum of two pets, and charge 300 a pet per night. 4.)Php1000 pesos cash security deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded to you upon checkout. 5.)Laundry service is available with a fee. 6.)Visitors staying beyond 10pm will be charged with 300per head. 7.) Extra Mattress can be requested with a fee of Php300 per day per mattress. 8.) NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. You will be charged with ₱2,500 which will be used for cleaning if you violate this rule. 9.) Early check-in and Check-out are subject to room availability with a fee of Php150 per hour. 10.) If there are any damage / issue that occurred during your stay. PLEASE REPORT TO US IMMEDIATELY. 11.) There is a Php2000 charge for lost/damaged key fob. Microwave and Iron is available at the office and you may request to reheat your food or borrow the Iron.
